The Stretch
Important: Perform the Stretch exercise with your penis in semi-erect state
Done with the hot wrap? It's time to start the next exercise. What you're going to do now is to give your penis a stretch.
Here's what you do:
The Center Stretch
- Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
- Pull your penis directly out in front of you until you feel a good stretch in the middle of the penis and the base
- Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
-Swing your penis around for approximately 20 seconds.
The Left Stretch
- Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
- Pull your penis out to the left
- Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
- Swing your penis around for around 12 seconds
The Right Stretch
- Grip your penis with your hand just below the head. The grip should be firm but not to the extend of being painful
- Pull your penis out to the left
- Hold it there and count to twelve slowly
- Repeat step 2 and 3 for five repetitions
- Swing your penis around for around 12 seconds
