Hot Wrap


Important: The Hot Wrap must be performed to prevent bruises on your penis


The very first step to do is perform a Hot Wrap to prepare your penis for the exercises.


Here's what you do:


- Take a towel and soak it with hot (not so hot that it scalds you!) water
- Bring your penis to a semi-erect state
- Wrap the hot towel around your penis
- Leave it on for about 2 minutes


Done? Time to move on to the first exercise - The Stretch.
